Reaching the room.

Honest conversations that help young people know themselves, build resilience and feel that they belong, while helping the adults around them understand and stay close. My talks bring the work out of the book and into the room. They are grounded in listening to teenagers and working with the adults beside them, with a simple aim: to help people understand themselves and one another a little better.

For schools and young people

Assemblies and workshops that meet teenagers where they are: on self-belief, belonging, resilience and the courage to be themselves. No lecturing. A space for the conversation they may not yet know how to start.

The focus is on the strengths young people carry beyond school: knowing their values and voice, connecting with others and finding the confidence to think for themselves.

For parents and parent groups

Talks for those raising pre-teens and teenagers: understanding how your young person is changing, staying connected and guiding them with more awareness and confidence. This is about supporting the adults as well as the young person.

The work begins with ourselves: noticing our patterns, reactions and expectations, and becoming the calm, connected adult our child needs.

For companies and workplaces
